Sizing for Finger Picks & Clawhammer Picks: measure width across the first knuckle of the index finger) less than 3/4" small -7/8" medium - 1" and over large.

Sizing for thumb pick:(measure width across thumb knuckle) under 3/4" small - 3/4" to 1" medium - over 1" large.
