Brookside Engine Compnay #1 Store offers the following Returns Policy: We at Brookside Engine Company #1 strive to offer you the highest in customer satisfaction. For this reason we offer the following refund policy* If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition, within 14 days of the order date, for an exchange or refund. We will refund your purchase price, less shipping fees. Please email Brookside Engine Company #1 at refunds@bec1.org prior to returning any items. In the email you should include a list of the items being returned and the reason for their return. If it is an exchange please indicate what you would like to exchange it for. Please include a copy of the original receipt. If you paid by credit card, we will credit your card. We cannot issue a check or cash refund if a purchase is made by credit card. Non-credit card payments will be reimbursed via check. *Exception to our return policy – Due to the fact that our clambake is a rain or shine event, Clambake tickets are non refundable.
