Does NOT Include advance annual taxes/fees. Though you may NOT have to pay a tax or fee till the end of the year, some states may charge you an ADVANCE ANNUAL BUSINESS TAX OR FEES, which means you need to pay for the year ahead before they issue the business license. The tax/fee ranges between $0 to $100 or more – Average about $50 per year. Fee is hard to determine: Fees and taxes change constantly because if there is a tax or fee depends on # of employees, gross income and location as well as the year or time of the year you are filing, so we don't know the tax/fee amount till we do the research. The fee you pay us is our service fee to assist you in filing a business license by calling departments, searching for specific types of licenses etc as well as finding the forms, completing the forms etc. Note that if the government agency requires that you sign the license, we will provide you with the completed document and the only thing you will need to do will be to sign and mail the document to the government. IMPORTANT: If you use a DBA trade business name, you need to register it before the bank opens a business bank account or the government issues a business license.
