Dipstick replacement kit. Chevrolet-GMC inline six.
Chrome plated tube and dipstick. Made for a Chevrolet V8. You can convert it yourself to work in Chevrolet and GMC inline sixes from 1937 to 1986 and probably 1929 to 1936 as well. Cut off the dipstick to get the length you want so the dipstick shows the amount of oil in the oil pan, then file marks showing "full" and "one quart low". I use one myself on my 1934 Chevrolet.
