Polished cast aluminum rocker arm cover (valve cover) with fins for GMC 1939-1962 228-236-248-256-270 and 302 cubic inch Inline Six Cylinder engines. Made in Oregon, U.S.A. Our own original design that was influenced by Valve Covers that were designed by well known people in the 1940's and 1950's. Ours is not a Re-Pop because there never was one exactly like it before. Alas, it has no antique collector value. It does look nice and it stops oil leaks. It has 2 oil caps openings. It would make it easy to convert to PCV or even to Military underwater fording. This valve cover is taller than stock GMC valve covers and most aftermarket V.Cs. There is plenty of room for exotic rocker arm assemblies. You can use readily available Chevrolet 216 valve cover hold down studs or buy our special GMC wing nut hold down kit, listed elsewhere. This valve cover is $450.00. Also see our GMC side cover, listed elsewhere. This valve cover available unsurfaced, un drilled, unpolished Do It Yourself Project: $195.00.
