Header plate kit for all manifolds using stock Chevrolet 216 manifold heat plate gasket. Works with any brand of headers that has 3/8" NPT bungs, or drilled and tapp0ed holes in cast iron headers. Many aftermarket intake manifolds including Offenhauser have a provision for exhaust heat. (The square depression on the bottom of the manifold.) The heat plate kit is manufactured by us in Oregon in North America.
Heat plate kit routes exhaust heat from one header to the plate at the base of the manifold and from there to the other header. The kit is professionaly made in a machine shop. Has heat plate, bolts, tubing, tubing fittings, and gasket for heat plate to manifold. This is for Chevrolet 216, 224, and early 235 1941-1949.
