Header heat plate kit for all manifolds using stock Chevrolet 250-292 manifold heat pattern gasket. Works with any brand of headers that has 3/8" NPT bungs, or drilled and tapped holes in cast iron headers. Many aftermarket intake manifolds including Offenhauser have a provision for exhaust heat. (The square depression in the base of the manifold.) This heat plate kit is manufactured by us in Oregon in North America.
Heat plate kit routes exhaust heat from one header to the plate at the base of the manifold and from there to the other header. The kit is professionaly made in a machine shop. Kit has heat plate, bolts, tubing, fittings, and gasket for heat plate to manifold. This is for Chevrolet-GMC inline six 194-215-230-250 and 292 cubic inch engines using the stock 194-215-230-250-292 intake manifold to exhaust manifold gasket. #FHP003 : $100.00.
