This is an unfinshed casting made in Oregon, U.S.A., You can save money by finishing it yourself. Surface the back so it is flat against the engine block, drill the holes so it matches the threaded holes in the engine block, polish it and paint it as you wish. We include directions for doing this. See the pictures with this. There is an unfinished "No Name" with no holes drilled, a "Chevrolet" with holes drilled but not polished, and a "GMC" with holes drilled and polished. The unfinished side cover will come "No Name" unless otherwise specified by the customer. Sure the economy stinks and you may not be working as much as you would like but here is a chance to keep moving with your Hot Rod project. Authentic. Just as it was done in the early days of Hot Rodding. We will have Valve Covers listed separately, also made by us in Oregon and unfinished. Thank you for reading.
