No returns accepted unless prior arrangements have been made. Call us and get a return number. If the part is defective and it is our fault we will replace it. Unfortunately, our policy on Electrical or electronic parts is the same as everybody elses. No returns. Think it over before you buy any electric parts from us. They must be installed by people who know what they are doing. On other parts there is a 25% re-stocking fee. Customer pays the freight on returns. Headers must be installed according to directions. We can tell if headers are warped from improper installation. We can tell if camshafts have been ruined by installing in a dirty engine. We will answer technical questions before you install it. We don't like un-useable parts either. Call us at 888-668-0352. Please call before returning any merchandise. We can be open for Returns and Will Call Saturday mornings if prior arrangements have been made.
