ethicare offers the following Returns Policy:
We only accept returns in the unopened original packaging. Only the product cost will be creddited, not the S/H.

Ethicare products have a 1 year limited waranty. Defective goods will be repaired or replaced at our option. After the Waranty period repairs will be done for a small charge.
