I will credit your card for the extra postage it has cost you to return it and for the price of the product if it is NOT an exchange. The exchanged product will be sent out out as soon as the returned product arrives at the salon and credit(s) will be applied to your card. There will be 10% re-stock fee for orders more than 14 days.
