Merchandise must be returned 15 days from the date order is received, and you must contact me prior to returning any merchandise. Must be returned in its original packaging along with receipt. Bulk orders from my bulk category are not returnable.

Shipping & Handling charges will not be refunded on any item returned.

canceled nor can personalized items be returned.

Canceled & Returned orders will incur a $4.95 credit processing charge..
